exact architecture is created from precise design decisions that comply with minutely drawn up rules that result from the (extreme) possibilities, the possible & to which all decisions are subordinate. The design process therefore consists of constantly monitoring the set rules, parameters that follow from the laws, the evidences, the preoccupations.
Non-design: a correctness that is not non-committal but adherent – forms a coherent whole, not subject to, not dominant. the right view of the things of a city, village, landscape, environment, the means to achieve the right regulations, the right parameters to achieve are insight, transparency, seeing and that is acquired by: research, analysis, culture, history, sociology, philosophy, time & space – time aspect, it now, design is a pursuit and acquisition of a higher cognitive ability (ability to know) and this requires a dynamic intelligence in order to be able to make all parts a consonant whole, architecture must thus evoke emotions and specify moods. melancholy – phlegmatic, sanguile, choleric
